1) Technical Interview on Telephonic Call
2) Second round of Technical Interview in office (one-to-one)
3) They will give us a program to develop it on desktop computer/Laptop.
4) For senior people, Some design review related questions will ask by Head-Soft.
5) Once all are qualified then finally HR Round.

Colloquio
Very short and sweet interview. Only one interview with my future manager and a senior software engineer (future colleague). Interview was straight to the point and straight to the technical nitty-gritty. Only very targeted technical questions about my skill and how it fits with the job description.
