The staff were friendly and greeted me warmly, however I felt there was little empathy throughout the rest of the interview process. They often inferred that my answers were wrong and to try again and again waiting for me to ask to move on. I also invested a lot of time and money on this interview, travelling down to London, so it was disappointing to not even receive a rejection email after they told me they would be in touch.
