The interview was fast. There was a test call that took less than 5 minutes to check your connection, video and audio. After passing the test call, I was recommended for a final interview where my English proficiency was tested. The final interview included a demo lesson.

Step1: Apply online thru referral or directly on their webpage.
Step2: Take the English Proficiency Test
Step3: Demo Lesson (you will be the one to schedule it, according to your availability; Tip: before taking your Demo Lesson you can prepare by watching the video they provide.)
Step4: Take some more exams (Rarejob Rules)
Step5: Complete other requirements then your ready to go!

The whole interview process was smooth and relaxed, you just have to be yourself. Don't lie about something you aren't, because they will ask again situationally. Make sure of your pronunciation and diction because they will take note of that.

First , you'll have to pass an English Proficiency Test. Then, you’ll have to reserve a slot for the test call and interview process. Afterwards, you’ll be notified about your schedule for confirmation. The test call and interview will be done online through Skype.
