First, you try to pass a timed exam before moving on to the interview. The interview is actually a mock class which will test your teaching ability and fluency in English. Before the mock lesson, they call in advance to check your attendance and readiness. The examiner then calls again and the mock lesson officially begins. This ran for 25 minutes.
The interview went pretty well overall. There were a few tricky ones, especially when they asked about handling challenging situation. The interviewer was friendly and professional. I ended the interview by reiterating my enthusiasm for the position and thanking them for their time.
