Straight forward , interview with nurse manager and assistant nurse manager with peer interviews. The nurse manager gave me a tour of the unit and introduced me to some of the staff

Very quick process! I was contacted to set up an interview the same I put my application in. The nurse manager was excellent in asking questions, providing thorough information about the unit and job and answered any question I had. I also was given a peer interview which allowed me to meet future co-workers and get their insight on the job.
