The interview basically consisted of him asking basic questions on programming proficiency and then him guiding me over the entire development stack and upcoming projects. Then, he explained me the on boarding program and asked me the number of hours I can devote a week if I wish to sign a working contract. Questions were quite open ended such as What were the hardest and most recents projects I worked on, the biggest challenge I've encountered so far, etc.
