Two to three interviews and final approval from management. You will need to bring a resume and/or complete an application. You will also have to take several exams that remain confidential. The first interview will be conducted by the Human Resources. The second interview will be conducted by a supervisor or manage, maybe both. The third interview will be conducted by an owner. However, often times, a candidate will be hired after a the second interview with an approval from an owner.

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Rausch Sturm (Brookfield, WI) nel mese di apr 2014

      Colloquio

Found the job on Milwaukee jobs.com and applied. First contact was via email from their human resources generalist from there she set up a phone interview and asked typical questions like previous experience, why do you want to work for them, what is your salary expectations... Essentially it was to see if you would be interested in taking what they were willing to offer as their bottom line. When she called back for a live in office interview there was a personality assessment that you have to take prior to the interview. At the in office interview the human resource generalist interviewed again asking pretty general questions about experience, why you want to work there, and situation based questions. Then you were to take a test that ranges your competence and logic- it was timed and you were encouraged to finish all questions even though they state no one ever does. Next the litigation manager and litigation assistant manager came in to interview. Asked basically the same questions and very briefly ran over what you would actually be doing or the volume of what you are to be doing vs their expectation. The next day after the interview I received a phone call saying I got the job and that they needed me to fax over my acceptance letter. I faxed it over on and about two weeks later started the job. The human resources department is very efficient and professional and led me to believe the rest of the company was the same way, unfortunately it is just a facade to get people in.
