One interview on the phone with an HR person, and one interview on Teams with senior engineers and managers. The interview process was very positive overall. The hiring team was friendly and approachable, which helped create a welcoming atmosphere. Although the interview felt a bit intense with 6-7 managers and engineers participating at once, their attitudes were consistently respectful and supportive. The questions were thoughtfully posed, and I appreciated how everyone remained approachable throughout. Additionally, I received constructive feedback that made me feel genuinely heard and valued. All in all, it was a very well-conducted and encouraging interview experience.

2 rounds, 3 people each round, some typical questions, some oddball questions. Interviewers seemed like normal employees who didn't have much actual interview experience. 2nd interview all people were late showing up.
