Phone Interview, Coffee Interview, On Site Interview. The president of the company was very unprofessional and impulsive. They offered me the position at 4:30 PM on a Friday wanting me to start Monday. They rescinded the job offer 1 hour later saying they had changed their mind. Instead of calling me, I received this news through a text message. Not only is this unprofessional, but it seems honestly really crazy. The hiring manager was delusional trying to hire a Sr. Accountant at $42K. She kept telling me that this was fair market value for the position. I just want others to be warned what they are getting into.
