Interview process took roughly 2 weeks. Submitted application, then heard back the next day regarding the online assessment. Completed it two days later, and heard back the following day. Booked an 'interview' with them the following Monday. Completed the 'interview' (was like a coffee chat about job, themselves, and myself), and they specifically mentioned I would hear back within two weeks. Never heard back. Seems like a recurring issue with this company. If you get a chance at an interview with them, expect them to ghost you if you don't fit their criteria.

After a brief test consisting of coding and personality questions, there’s an initial conversational interview that doesn’t involve coding but heavily interested in projects you’ve contributed to. There is another interview phase if they are interested.
