interview was uneventful and not well done . All that owner ( Jay Wallis ) wanted to talk about was hunting and his sexual conquest. when appraoched on subject of salary benefits he would promise anything he thought you wanted and anything to keep you working. He has lied to every employee that has ever stepped into his doors looking for work no matter how hard you worked for him he always had something negative to say about you to other employees. Spreading lies and any business he knew on you to down grade you infront of employyes. Jay will promise anything and everything to get you to work for him in order to replace the last one cause he cant keep employees

Fine. it was more like a conversation than an interview, wasn't asked anything important that had to do with the job to speak of. They are so desperate to find anyone that is willing to work there they don't care about your past.

quick and to the point, no real info given. The HR person seemed uncomfortable and wanted to let me know that this is not a very positive place to work, 2 weeks after hire he resigned due to unethical business practices. The owner sits you down and tells you stories that have absolutely nothing to do with the position.
