Process began 2 months after applying. Logic test, call with senior developer, coding test, review of coding test, technical questions, HR questions, passed everything, got good feedback along the way. They asked for two references and called both of them for 30 mins on the phone, were very satisfied with them. After the very last (personal) interview, where I was required to make a presentation, they ended up not offering me a position because they felt I am not senior enough. AFTER talking to the references! Most humiliating experience of my life, and a lot of wasted time and energy. If this is any indication of how they operate, I recommend everyone to stay away from RaySearch.
