the first step is a phone interview with the HR lady, she'll call and confirm a time for a proper phone interview with herself. the job is described and you are asked if you are willing to go ahead. the phone interview consists of behavioral and general questions. good to be thorough and detailed in your responses. you will also get a chance to ask questions..again be detailed. if you pass that process you will be asked to come in for a group interview..usually the HR lady will confirm a time and day right after the phone interview. if she says ill call back i guess more likely then not she wont. group interview is very similar to the phone interview they will however pick a question out and ask u specifics regarding your skills. you are also required to take a assessment test..once all that is done it takes about 4 to 5 days and you will hear back with an offer. if you accept you will have to pass background and drug screening.
