If you generate less than $250,000 in production beware because they really don't want the hassle of small producers. But, they will take you on and charge you rent, salaries, and hope to get your book when you leave.

There are two virtual interviews with current advisors, and then in person with branch manager in the office you are applying for. Mostly behavioral questions, not much on markets or the economy.
