Started with a phone screening, easy enough. Then scheduled a zoom interview for a week out. It was supposed to be a 1 on 1, ended up being a 1 on 8 because I had a very general app with a bunch of different subfields and projects and skills.
There were a f few behavioral questions, but largely they were asking me questions about skills and experiences on my resume. The panel occasionally dug deep and asked some somewhat technical questions trying to clarify what I did and what skills I had picked up, but there was no white board work or any 'right or wrong' answers necessarily. Intense lines of questioning from some folks that clearly knew their nuclear engineering/physics, but doable given that I had invested the time into my experiences.
