This was for a signal processing opportunity. Had a phone interview with the recruiter, then a single interview with two engineers. The interview had a couple of technical questions, basics on things like nyquist rate, and asking questions about my background.

It was a Super Friday event where all the candidates were given a time slot to speak to their two interviewees. Both my interviewees were relaxed and friendly. Did not feel stressed during the interview.

Went to an open house meeting in Denver CO and interviewed with multiple groups within the Missiles & Defense. It was very cold, so only a few people were there and I got plenty of time to discuss positions and what to expect. It was very helpful.

Emailed by a Raytheon recruiter to sign-up for a super friday event to talk with a hiring manager. The event had several time slots to schedule for a 30 minute talk where we discussed the work that team does and my education and experience as it relates to the team.
