They just wanted a walkthrough of my resume and then asked some behavioral questions to get a sense of IQ and EQ from what I picked up. Also, it took a bit of time to finally get my application to be under review, which sucked.
Phone call screening interview first, then online interview since I didn't live near the office building. It seemed to be their first time hiring, and they were very confused when I tried to ask them what they were looking for in the role.

Just did a recorded video interview where they asked me three questions and I was allowed unlimited tries to rerecord. They contacted me immediately and then scheduled a zoom interview.

What is one challenge you faced with your work and how you addressed it?
Pretty standard behavioral interview questions. Surprised to have no technical questions (apart from asking further details about things on my resume). Overall was not too difficult or stressful and interviewers were super nice.
