The interview felt rushed since it was brief and only involved one interviewer. It lacked the structure and professionalism I was expecting, making it feel more like an informal conversation rather than a proper evaluation. Because of this, I wasn’t sure if they were truly assessing my qualifications or just going through the motions.

the recruiter was not professional at all. very slow to replying; had to reach out myself multiple times to initiate next steps in the process. the hiring manager and team however were very friendly to speak to.

The interview was one hour long and on site. Casual style interview. Two interviewers attended. HR does not inform candidate about the result after the interview, which left bad impression to me as a company
