It was a three step process. I was interviewed my several different individuals in various positions and then had a final sitdown with the CEO. A lot of the questions were personality realated.

Various interviews with different staff members. Staff inquired about my qualifications and interest and about how I'd be an asset to the team. The process was very smooth and I always felt informed.
