To put it bluntly, I strongly advise against wasting your time with this company. Despite having a conversation with a recruiter and completing an online assessment, I was abruptly informed that I did not meet their undisclosed requirements. It seems that the person responsible for reviewing submitted code, expects candidates to possess telepathic abilities to intuit what they are looking for, and if you don't magically guess correctly, you're out of the running. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this opaque process to the recruiter, who simply forwarded my email to the CTO, but I have yet to receive any explanation or clarification. This lack of communication and transparency is unprofessional and disrespectful to job candidates. My advice to anyone considering this company is to steer clear and not waste their time.

Entrevista bem humana. Bom processo, eles prezam pela tansparência e já deixam o entrevistado ciente de quantas etapas do processo existem pela frente. O entrevistador é bem humorado e traz tranquilidade para a entrevista.
