It is obvious ReShape Medical does not know what they want. I was approached in June by a recruiter who felt my background was perfect for their position; only to find out that they were seeking an employee with only 5 years experience. One month later I was contacted by the same recruiter who told me that ReShape realized that they need someone with more experience and increased the salary. After a phone interview with softball questions from an HR associate I was told that they felt I was to motivated for their company. After reading the the only company review on Glassdoor, I can now understand why. Terrible direction, assessment and non-decisive.
