      Colloquio

Beware, this company just kinda sucks. I was already cautious of them based on their reputation on forums and job review sites, and the interview confirmed it. The phone interview was first, and that lady was so pleasant. Then the video call interview is next. The two people on there are nice enough, I guess...but I'm sure it could have been better. One of them does not have a good poker face. If you don't want me, Just say so, we don't have to be the typical "oh, we'll call you". I am very experienced in H.R practices. I don't understand why companies assume they have the upper hand. An interview is between the employee and the employer, meaning both parties must be satisfied. If they offered me the position, I am doubtful I'd have taken it. When reviews say they are more about profit than helping, and the role is nothing more than a glorified call center, it makes me less excited. I am a neurodivergent candidate, and I think that if you are, you need to seek accommodations for the interview. Being asked multi-step questions with little time to respond is not the best environment for someone who may have difficulty with processing. This probably isn't a career conducive to success. Please, for the love of g-d, don't do a role-play and expect someone to know exactly how to handle a situation they haven't even been trained on. How could someone not be nervous? It's only your livelihood and chance for a better life being put in a stranger's hands. Maybe others can fake it and answer their phony questions with phony responses, but not me. Clearly. That's okay, I've moved on to better anyway. I feel valued at my new place of employment, and I'm excited! Good luck to the next candidate...if they respond and don't ghost you as they have with others.
