Quick process. Did a phone screen with HR and within about a week scheduled a follow-up Teams interview. It was early - at 8 AM, but was comfortable and easy. Good conversation and it was clear they reviewed my resume and application prior to the conversation, which is good. By the end of the interview, we were laughing together - it was clear that it was a good cultural fit. They had a decision within another week. Communicated every step of the way.
