I've come to value clear communication, transparency, and mutual respect as essential elements in any workplace environment. It's crucial for both candidates and employers to engage in an open, honest, and respectful dialogue throughout the hiring process. And Reach3 did not uphold to any of that. In my recent interactions, I encountered many challenges related to open communication and consistency within the interview process. Despite my continuous enthusiasm for the opportunity at hand, there were instances where the process lacked the expected transparency and acknowledgment of scheduling constraints. They also lacked any understanding of what a typical interview process should be consisted of. As someone who values integrity and effective communication, I believe that these aspects play a pivotal role in establishing a positive and productive work environment. Reach3 did not convey this ideal work environment to me whatsoever. I did express my inquiries politely and professionally to seek clarification and alignment with the process, and was told that my time in the interviewing process had come to an abrupt end. Moving forward, I am seeking an environment where these values are upheld, where communication is transparent, and where there's a mutual commitment to ensuring a respectful and seamless hiring process.
