Quick and painless. They have specific things they're looking for and will hire you promptly if you meet them. They understand it's a relationship business...they're not shy with questions about your previous experiences, your relationships (if you have them) with other tutoring companies, your schedule flexibility (non flexibility). At the same time, they are upfront about what they can offer, and will offer fair pay based on experience.
