This interview process was probably one of the worst I experienced. I was told repeatedly that RR wanted to hire immediately for the role and was willing to move as fast as I would be willing to move, only to have communication abruptly ended for a week or two with no rationale as to why. Additionally, on at least 2 (possibly 3) occasions, I was told that they wanted to extend me an offer, yet I never received one. Each time I had to follow up and was told there was "just one more step" that I needed to do. I even got a benefits overview package one time but no offer followed. Eventually, the company just stopped responding to me for a few weeks and then, out of the blue, I was contacted by a new team and invited for a second round interview.

It was excellent and thoughtful. The process went pretty smoothly and efficient. Excited to learn more and move to next stage. Super happy of how HR & hiring manager moved.
