Great interview process. Just asked basic questions. I talked about previous experience. They were flexible with scheduling. Only hard part was getting the interview. Other than that everything was easy and great.

Smooth, with easy questions and very basic. Like tell me about yourself? Have you have previous experience with customer service? Pass experience with a mistake and how you fix it?

Easy process. Staff made interview feel comfortable and the questions were relevant to the role. Interview was an appropriate amount of time which I appreciated. I also received a response in a timely manner.
