The CEO initially contacted me by phone. He asked about my experience and why I contacted the company for more information. It was clear he was looking for someone with experience and a solid real estate background. The history of the company and the real estate auction method was explained to me. He then emailed me some more information to review and indicated he would call back for a follow up call.
