First was a phone screen which consisted of a 45 minute conversation to see if there was a technical and product fit to the company. The on-site interview consisted of 3 in-person interviews that were all very relaxed and dealt with both personal and basic technical knowledge. It was apparent that the interviewers were more interested in my self-starter ability and past experiences to determine my qualifications, as they weren't terribly competent in my area of expertise. There were many follow-up phone screens, including 2 phone interviews. These were about the same as the others. An offer was made through a very set online system and was quite a nice, simple process, even if a bit impersonal.
