Just the regular interview process. A couple of phone interviews then an on site interview. I was asked to do white board coding and answer a lot of questions related to software testing and methodologies.

At the last round they just dropped a couple of brain teasers. The interviewer was kind enough to assist when required. He was not arrogant at all.
