The interview process was extremely painless and well-organized. Started with a coffee chat with the CTO one day, then 4-hour interview loop another day, and then a coffee chat with the CEO as the final step. The 4-hour loop consisted of technical and non-technical interviewers and questions. I got the sense that they place a high emphasis on cultural and behavioral fit.
