I applied through craigslist and was called in by the HR person and ended up having an interview with the trainer. It was a great interview pretty casual comprehensive about my previous experience and abilities and it didn't feel like there was games being played they were just talking to me.

the interview process usually takes one to two weeks before you get hired they do a background check. Previous experience not required.
