Amateur hour. Interview for a Director of Recruiting done by a recruiter who sounded like a high school student. Did not instill confidence or tell me anything innovative or interesting about the company. Asked me 1 question. Bad company experience. This company is trying to transform but with this 12 yr old doing the initial interviews it won’t succeed.

My interview process began with a phone screening that took place after submitting my resume and cover letter. Once the phone screening was complete, I conducted a webinar due to being out of the country at the time. I appreciated the accommodation that was made due to my current situation at the time. After arriving locally the final stage was an in-person interview.
