You sit in a room with the managing broker and discuss goals and performance. The broker will inform you about how they utilize tools for success. The broker will tell you about fees and split rates. If you are a culture fit then you can be hired. The broker will hold your license and you will be an agent of the broker.

No interview process, just pay allot of fees to join, Meet with the admin staff, they went over commission plans, requirements, office rental costs and where they have offices available for rent. They also broke down the costs of paper and other services that they offered their agents
