First stage with recruiter over the phone. Second stage interview with Associate IT director. Interviewer was more than 15 minutes late .It seems the interviewer had already made decision. I provided answers to all the questions and he didn’t had any follow up questions to my answer. I got call from recruiter the next day saying the technical answers were not as they expected but I didn’t feel it was technical at all.
