Long day, with a small set of candidates at the assessment centre, lucky to have made it to this stage considering the calibre of the other candidates. We did 3-4 activities, including interviews, group tasks, individual tasks: such as coming up with new products and analysing inventory data to create innovative solutions for RB's supply chain.

General relaxed competency questions, nothing to challenge you too hard but to identify if you are the candidate they are looking for
Online recorded video interview, then assessment centre. AC consisted of various interviews with different managers in the business (some with situational questions), tasks with presentations (e.g. SWOT analysis), and a group discussion.

Colloquio
First round consists of submitting CV. Then next round is pre-recording your answers to 3 interview questions. Followed by an online virtual group assessment in which you were presented with real life scenarios and ask what you would do. Finally an in-person assessment day at one of their sites consist of an ice-breaker, individual task and behavioural interview.
