First there was an internal submission process. After this was feeled I had to send my CV. After that there were 2 meetings one with the direct manager of the departments and a second one with the director.
First stage is phone interview. If you pass, next stage is line manager interview. Depending on the role, you may have another interview with the department head. If you get selected, you will be offered the role.
Situational Questions and conversational questions that seek defined actions and leadership skillsets. Open ended questions that gauge your overall knowledge of planning and Supply Chain. Beahviroal based questions as well

Un entrevu avec le RH pendant 15mins, un entretien avec les responsables de planification pendant 50 mins, questions basiques sur le parcours et la motivation, un teste de 3 questions de MRP.
