It was a good conversation altho sensed that she is not confident in me when I was explaining my scope and achievements. Then manage to get final interview with another controller. Was surprise, but give a good shot. The scope was challenging I must admit but can't blame me if certain things you looking for I might not have as I didn't get the chance to excel in them. If all companies are so much into 100% experienced then where are the fresh graduates can find opportunities to excel and learn? Replies take 2 weeks but I know they already made their decision there and then. The HR only replied exactly 2 weeks after I had to send an email TWICE only to receive a GENERIC reply from them as those you see from automated replies. One word, very disappointed. No Interpersonal skills at all and doing talent acquisition where they represent the Co on the frontal.
