The first round of interviews were via Skype. There were two interviews in this round, oen with an HR manager and one with a Senior Brand Manager. Most of the questions I got here were fit/behavioral questions. The next round of interviews were part of the Graduate Assessment Day. For this round, there were several group case interviews, one one-on-one interview, and some case write ups.

The relatively more difficult questions were the ones with the group case interview, where the questions were with regards to the specifics of brand management.

The selection process includes 2 steps: the first one with the Talent acquisition manager, lasting around 15/20 min, to know more about yourself, your background and aspirations and the role for which you are applying. The second one, of about 1h, with your future manager, with other attitudinal questions and a short case analysis.

Got in contact with the talent manger after an event over email, had first round Interview with the Talent Manager then with the hiring manager and also the manager. The interview process took about 2 weeks with some rescheduling from their end

HR was unprofessional and ghosted at the end. Would appreciate a response from a MNC like this regardless of the outcome. Unprofessional and speaks a lot about the culture there.
