The process consisted of 3 stages.
1. Short (15 minute) telephone interview asking about salary expectations, current role and future aspirations.
2. An hour with the hiring manager and a key stakeholder with competency questions, company knowledge questions.
3. 2 hour practical interview with a sample data set answering six questions based on the data presented. Following that more questions were asked by the hiring manager and the key stakeholders.
At the end of the third interview the company informed me that I would hear from them in 8 working days. That did not happen and my emails are unanswered. Instead I received an automatic system rejection with 0 feedback in it.
