The interview process consisted of a phone screen and at the time (2019) two in-person interviews. There was also a background check and drug test. From my first communication with the recruiter to receiving an offer was close to two months.

There was a skills test on the interview. I was given reports with key performance indicators for a number of audiences and ads and asked what strategy I would recommend.
