I applied through OCC . A person from HR called me and asked me about my experience , my goals, my plan for the future and my way of working and in the end asked for my CV . Then I had a personal interview with the team leader, he asked me in detail about my experience. Then the national channel manager called me, he also asked about my experience, major achievements and failures, how did I work, and manage stress and asked about the categories and the company.

It was done virtually, got a call from HR and then it was set for me to have the interview. there were questions on my experience in the trade and how i contributed to the sales target.
