Primo step con Hr e Line manager
Colloquio Hr nella media, classiche domande: successi, insuccessi, pregi, difetti, motivazione, inglese. Parte tecnica con Line Manager totalmente sorprendente, molto più improntata su ragionamenti marketing teorici che sales, pragmatici su tematiche di negoziazione.
It was done virtually, got a call from HR and then it was set for me to have the interview. there were questions on my experience in the trade and how i contributed to the sales target.

It was smooth. There were 2 interviews and the response was very prompt. The initial interview is with the HRBP who are very professional and the next one is with the Director who knows her stuff very well.

It was smooth. The HR coordinator was very polite. The process was very swift and finished in 2 weeks. I had to follow up after my interview, but the interview process was short and sweet.
