The interview process began with a request for me to record myself responding to 4-5 prepared interview questions. My responses were reviewed, and I received a follow up for a one on one interview. The interview ended with a brief discussion of the next steps in the process being an interview with a larger group of colleagues from the company. I was also told that if I didn't hear back within about a week to follow up. I sent a thank you email later that day. After a little over a week of not hearing back, I followed up via email. The next business day I was told that they would not be taking the process further with me for the position. I replied inquiring about any key qualifications for the job that were missing in my background. I never received a response.

It was a super lengthy process. I went through this position and another one because I didn’t get the first one. Maybe it was because it was during the holiday season but I had to check in more than once even after the holiday season was over. I asked for feedback and never got an email back. In my opinion all thought all interviews went great, but I was appalled after I didn’t get the second position they sent the same template for the email saying they aren’t moving forward with me. I was actually pretty upset that they couldn’t personalize it just a bit.
