The interview process was 4hours long starting with their brief introduction and the will make you play some games to make you comfortable. Then there was a lego project build up round where for us we had to develop a car with multiple iteration and had to give a retrospective view. After that process there will be 3 short individual interviews.

The final round consisted of several back-to-back interviews, which included live coding assessments to evaluate technical proficiency, behavioral interviews to assess communication and teamwork, and group game-based challenges to test problem-solving under pressure.
