The interview process was conducted remotely due to COVID concerns. It consisted of four rounds: an initial HR phone screening, a writing assessment, a phone interview with the hiring manager, and a final video interview, which included three separate interviews (one with a small panel of employees, another with the hiring manager, and the last with the HR contact). After a reference check, I was offered the position which I accepted. The interview process was very well organized. I had a consistent HR contact for the entire interview process, which helped keep communication consistent. Scheduling was prompt and at each stage I was given a clear roadmap for next steps moving forward. Overall, my interview process was extremely positive and gave me a great impression of the company.

Most were typical interview questions concerning my background and qualifications. A few were also directly related to the writing assessment, and focused on the content, my research process, and how I chose to structure the piece.
The first step in the process was a phone call with a recruiter, followed by a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by a writing exercise, with a 1-hour panel interview and one final 45-minute interview the week after the initial interview. Overall, the process took 2 weeks.

Recorded Future was the most transparent and pleasant hiring process that I've encountered. All of my communication went through a hiring/recruiting manager, who constantly kept me in the loop about the next steps. My interview process consisted of the following steps:
1. Interview with a hiring manager via a 30-min phone call.
2. Interview with a team lead and the team's manager via an hour-long Google meet video session.
3. A final interview with 3 team members via an hour-long Google meet video session.
4. References checks
5. Offer Letter
This process took about a month.
