Dismal communication from all RF parties. Initial zoom part of the interview with hiring manager extended far past the booked time, followed by a 30 minute onsite with the same individual, then several zoom based meetings with folks in their home office, who worked through the interview and were disinterested in keeping a conversation. As for the role, it's clear they just want you to field the countless alarms they get and are not interested in modernizing their stack. Had to ask for papertrail followup at every step of the process, and havent heard back in weeks. Genuinely awful interview experience.
