I interviewed with Recruiterflow a couple of weeks ago and didn’t make it through, but this note isn’t about rejection. It’s about recognition.
Yakshii represents everything great recruiting should stand for. In a world where most recruiters operate at surface level, Yakshii stands out with rare depth, speed and clarity. She is hands down one of the fastest responders I’ve interacted with, but more importantly, one of the most transparent and patient professionals I’ve come across.
What truly sets Yakshii apart is her command over the role and the business. Every question I asked was met with thoughtful, data-backed answers, clear articulation of expectations, strong understanding of the technical nuances and sharp insight into Recruiterflow’s vision. That level of preparation and ownership is uncommon and deeply impressive.
There was no fluff, no vague disqualification, no transactional conversation. Just honest dialogue, respect for the candidate, and remarkable professionalism. Yakshii brings credibility to the hiring process, and her approach reflects exceptionally well on Recruiterflow as a company.
I may not be joining Recruiterflow this time, but it’s reassuring to know that the company is in the hands of recruiters like Yakshii. Talent may choose companies, but recruiters like Yakshii are why talent remembers them.
