Applied online. Received an email to schedule a phone interview with hiring manager. Phone interview lasted 1 h and manager seemed eager to learn about my professional experience. I was also encouraged to ask any questions.

After applying, you get a list of interviews you have to clear which seems too long at first. Recruiter interview is followed by hiring manger. Surprisingly hiring manager wasn't from the hiring department, and getting rejection without showcasing the technical skills was disappointing.
