First i had to apply online and took a personality test. It take a good amount of time so be ready for that. After a week or so, they sent me an email to do a video interview. Then the manager contacted me for an in person interview. After that I interviewed again with her and her boss.

The interview process included two separate interviews with two different people. The interviews were mostly comprised of questions that would get to know how social and friendly you are as well as how you approach stressful situations. Being good at networking is key for this role and hiring managers make sure they are getting the right fit. A good first impression is also important. You will be out representing the brand everywhere you go. I got hired and it was probably the best job I've ever had to this day!
